Windows 10: Unable to remove Get Help

Discus and support Unable to remove Get Help in Microsoft Windows 10 Store to solve the problem; I am trying to do local development of get help and for that, I has to uninstall get help in windows.     Unable to remove Get Help


    I am trying to do local development of get help and for that, I has to uninstall get help in windows. I have deleted the folder get help Microsoft.GetHelp_10.2004.31291.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe from windowsApps folder and now when I run remove-appxpackage -package Microsoft.GetHelp_10.2004.31291.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe -AllUsers I get the below error

    When I run a get appxpackage for get help I get the following name Microsoft.GetHelp with no installlocation since I deleted the folder already


    Because of this entry when I run get help code from visual studio I get the error

    Remove account

    I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
    To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

    Unable to get IMVU

    Please reply with the following details to assist you with the appropriate troubleshooting steps:



    • Are you trying to install IMVU app? If yes, how are you trying to install IMVU?
    • On which platform are you trying to install IMVU?


    I see that IMVU is available for Android and website. As you have mentioned that you are unable to get the application, I would suggest you to get in touch with the
    IMVU support team and they will help you with the appropriate details.
