    I want to remove/ reset my password. In sign-in options, when I click on password I could see an option called "change". By changing it only my Microsoft account's password gets changed and not the laptop's sign in password.

    I can not reset my google password

    Two step works for me if your phone info is the same as it was you should be able to recover it.

    You can reset the Admin Password using Windows XP repair; See Here for step by step.
