Windows 10: Unable to rename a folder_folder in use

I have a folder that I like to rename to a more descriptive name. It says "Folder Use Try again." I Move not Copy all the files in another file. My thinking is that with folder now empty, how could anything in the folder be open? There isn't anything in the folder. However, the message does say "File or Folder." So itmust be that some app has the folder openSo my question comes down to "How to find out the app that has a given folder open".What are your thoughts?TIA for you help.SweetTasha.

I would like to let you know that you may not be able to rename or add a new folder from Quick access. It will allow you to open the folders that are frequently used, recently viewed files or the files/folders that are added to
Quick access.

If you are unable to create or rename files/folders in other folders as well, then I would suggest you to run a SFC scan.

System File checker (SFC) scan is done to check if there are any corrupted system files that could be causing this issue. Kindly follow the below given steps:

• Press Windows key + X, select
  Command prompt (Admin) to bring up elevated Command prompt.
• In Command prompt type sfc /scannow and press enter.
• Restart the computer.

I have a 7670m 1gb driver crimson legacy, how to rename my 7670m (which in driver detects as 7600m) to 8670m?

I am something new in this I would appreciate it if you would give me all the steps since I am very interested

I use win 7
