OK, use the dism command line I posted....................
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:wim:H:\sources\install.wim:1 /limitaccess

Make sure you enter your actual drive letter instead of H.
P.S. I am assuming the source you used to download the ISO is ok.

yes the Source is OK. About your command I even copied the "source" from File Explorer Address Bar to command line

    No need to "copy" anything.
Just Mount the new ISO > then do the dism command I posted to you.

Sorry David, I'm feeling stupid right now. I had two ISOs mounted (I still had the first ISO mounted which I updated from 7 to 10) and I was looking in the old one for the install.wim file.

I just check the other ISO (correct one) mounted, and it has install.esd, so I did the ESD command

Code: Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:esd:G:\Sources\Install.esd:1 /limitaccess[/quote] with same luck.. Source file not found.

    Tripled Checked the Full path.

Saying one you just downloaded has no install.wim, because his instructions said nothing about install.esd file.
Eject any other mounted ISO except correct one, check sources folder of the ISO for Install.wim

do not think downloading from techbench would of taken longer on a slow internet compared to one you chose.

As others mentioned, you can then mount the iso and specify the path to install.wim, BUT, ultimately you may have best luck copying install.wim to your desktop and using that path for DISM /source, as explained in the topgundcp post jds63 linked you to.

In the end, you may not have a final resolution of the SFC conflict if it's just the opencl.dll issue, even though you successfully repair with DISM - that's another story though and OldMike65, jds63, or other users can fill you in on that if need be.

Please follow these to the letter....................................
    1. Unmount the iso that contains Install.es.
    2. Right click at the iso which contains the Install.wim > click Mount
    3. Open elevated command prompt > copy and paste this.............

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:wim:H:\sources\install.wim:1 /limitaccess

******Replace H with the actual drive letter your iso is mounted on.******

As far as i know it, reinstall NVIDIA Driver and do not run SFC after this is resolved.

Thank you all guys. I guess this has 2 issues, my ISO source (because it is a install.esd) and/or the NVIDIA graphic card conflict already discussed.

So I'm going to finished the download from TechBench, which here, where I am at the moment, is going to take a couple of hours, then I'll run the Dism with correct install.wim file this time and I'll let you know the result.

NIVIDIA Driver Opencl.dll is part of this issue as seen in your CBS.log SFC trying to correct it. When you solve the first issue reinstall the driver and do not run sfc again or will replace wrong opencl.dll
