Windows 10: Unable to reply to people on the community

I've been trying to reply to a person that replied to my question asking for help but I am unable to really wondering if ppl can help the submit button just stays gray

Linked Outlook Contacts Not Syncing with Windows 10 People App

Hi,

Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

As you are unable to sync contacts in the People App, I suggest you to run the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter by following the steps provided below:

• Type “Troubleshooting” in the search box and press Enter.
• Click on ‘View All’ on the top left pane.
• Click on “Windows Store Apps” from the list and follow the on-screen prompts for troubleshooting.

If the issue still persists, then remove and add the Yahoo account in the People App.

Lumia 650 people unable to sync

Hi Thank you for reply, hope issue will happened last 7-10 days.

Version : 1709

Mobile OS build : 10.0.15254.248

Listing the issues on mobile.

• People app shows "attention required" on primary account "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***", contacts not update with pc people apps.
• Outlook mail not sync with primary account "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***", when I try open mail app it gets close automatically
• I have linked my Hotmail, outlook & Gmail, unable to unlink
• Not sure about calendar sync
• refer below screenshot

On pc mail app

• Mails working properly
• No issue on link / unlink
• can access people syncing properly but latest mobile contacts not updated.

On Outlook People account

• Tried on browser can access but latest contact not updated,
• Little confusion on outlook people contact grouping

Advice is any troubleshoot option available.

Mail, Calendar, People apps don't work

I understand your concern, and we in Community will try to help you in the best possible way we can.

I suggest that you try the steps below and check if your issue persist:

• • In search bar type “ Windows Powershell”
  • Right click on it and choose “Run as Administrator”
  • Type the command listed below for the respective app.

I. Mail and Calender:

get-appxpackage *microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps* | remove-appxpackage

ii. People app:

get-appxpackage *Microsoft.People* | remove-appxpackage
