    Unable to reset password on New Hotmail Account


    Hi ,I created a new hotmail account for Azure Training. I created a virtual machine on this account and then was unable to access and my hotmail account got disabled. I am now unable to access my hotmail account and the Azure account associated so can not stop the vm. Have not entered my card details as on a free training subscription at the moment. I have tried the Microsoft Recover your account process but get a response email from Microsoft stating:'Unfortunately, our automated system has determined that the information you provided was not sufficient for us to validate your account ownersh
