Windows 10: Unable to Reset Windows and Update Issues

Hi everyone,I'm facing some serious issues with my computer and I'm hoping to get some guidance and advice on how to resolve them. I've tried various methods, but I'm stuck and could really use some help.Problem 1: Unable to Factory Reset WindowsWhenever I try to reset my Windows computer, I encounter issues such as it saying I need to get rid of things in my C drive, but I have almost nothing in there now after removing almost everything I have. I've tried countless videos and support forums, but nothing seems to work. Is there a way to perform a factory reset Windows without using a USB driv

If your wireless router has a built in firewall maybe it's somehow set to block the ports that Windows updates use?

I'd also suggest if it works with it being directly connected then you could try resetting your router to see if this fixes the issue.

It works, but I still need to fix it so that way I dont have to plug computers directly to the modem to get windows update to work. It was also blocking me from installing directx.

When you finish testing the Avast suggestion, make sure that you restart your machine.

Then if the issue persists, please return to the trouble shooting list in post# 89

I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.
