Windows 10: Unable to reset Windows Hello PIN from Login screen

We have Entra joined devices deployed in the system. I am testing on my machine if I can reset my windows hello pin but I can't. Everytime it says "Something went wrong"I applied csp "Enable PIN Recovery" through intune and it shows success status but still not working.enabled enterprise applications in entra for non-destructive pin reset. still issue persists.I have windows 11 pro on my machine and it's updated.Any suggestions?

Unable to create Hello PIN - Stuck in login loop

Hello!

I recently purchased a Langmuir CNC machine system and one of the steps is to log into a Microsoft account to access the application. As per the instructions included, I created a Microsoft account. After creating a login, it asks me to create a “Hello PIN” in the pop-up window. When hitting next, it tells me that something went wrong.

“ we weren’t able to set up your pin. You can try again, or skip this step and set up a pin later.”

What attempting to skip for now it just takes me back and asked me to login again. The device I am trying to set up as a CNC plasma cutter that requires a login. The screen that it comes with does not allow me to do any command searches esc that previous forms have suggested. I’ve also attempted to login separately from my computer and see if I can set up my pin there. I see no option under security>advanced options> add login option to add hello pin option.

Can you please assist as I’m unable to use my CNC machine without setting up my windows account.

• How are you setting the PIN and Hello?
• Which build version of Windows is your PC running on?
• Were there any error codes or messages?

In the meantime, we suggest that you follow the steps below on how to set up PIN.

• Open Settings.
• Select Accounts.
• Click Sign-in options.
• Click the Add button for the PIN and set your PIN.
• Do the same for the Windows Hello.

How to Reset Forgot Windows 10 Pro Hello PIN

I have a domain joined the system and I set Windows Hello PIN sign-in option but I forgot my pin and am unable to find my current PIN when it's clicking on change (Screen-Shot Attached). Also, i am unable to find "forgot option" near Windows Hello PIN. Also i am unable to change PIN from login screen when i click on forgot PIN the next screen it to Provide my domain id password when i press and enter the next screen is back to Windows Login Screen before ALT+CTRL+DEL onces
