Windows 10: Unable to restarted when trying to fix "Virus and threat protection is managed by your...

Hi, soo today I ran to a problem which distable Window defender: "Virus and threat protection is managed by your organization fix", I followed a tutorial that first said to delete DistableAntiSpyware key, then said to go to window Defender and click "Restart now". I seen everyone said this worked, but when I try to restart it, this message pop up: "Unexpected error, we ran into a problem. Please try again." Can anyone please help me out?

Windows Virus & Threat Protection Won't Restart

I downloaded a few files today, and noticed that my virus and threat protection was turned off. There was also some random program called Chromium that I did not download. I pressed restart for the virus protection, and it kept loading for like 2-3 minutes.
Then says something went wrong. My laptop has also considerably slowed down, and chrome freezes at times. Any suggestions on how to fix?

Virus and threat protection has stopped and will not restart, Windows 10 ver 1709, antimalware client ver 4.12.16299.15 . SuperAntiSpyware installed.

I have tried most of the suggestions from the support pages, all have been ineffective. Any suggestions
