Windows 10: Unable to retrieve files from drive on Windows 10

EDIT: The quick version is at the bottom Alright so here's my problem: a few days ago in the middle of using my computer I got blue screened with a 3F1 hard disk error, windows gave me options to attempt to repair the problem but automatic repair couldn't repair whatever the problem is. I attempted to repair to no avail receiving an "automatic repair couldn't repair your pc" screen so without thinking twice about it I just assumed my SSD the drive that windows was running on at the time was corrupted and went about unplugging it and loading a windows iso file onto my HDD so I could continu

Recover files from Flash drive

Does not work on a windows pc which is what the OP probably intended

windows by default does not have HFS and HFS+ based hard drives.
Able to perform retrieval on both HFS and HFS+ based hard drives. and so will not work with windows
