Windows 10: Unable to run Media Creation Tool1909 to Upgrade Win 7 Ultimate

Hi there trying to upgrade Win 7 Ultimate to Win10 on a Laptop, using the Media Creation Tool 1909 but repeatedly get the Error Code: 0x80072F8F-0x 20000 and the statement: there was a problem starting setup, we're not sure what happened.....

Win 7 Ultimate is a genuine version/Copy with installation Code. Any help here would be appreciated indeed.

I think in one of the other PC with win 7 or win 8.1 I run media creators tools and in some step prompt/found graphics card not supported... for win 10. I didn't found alone reading specs of win 10, but the tool says me... after changed graphics card the tool said all OK and continued OK with upgrade... That I ask to reach this step in this current PC - win 7 - must be all OK for the upgrade? Or must continue to upgrade to show this?

You might face this issue if the downloaded setup file is corrupted.

• Did you try to download the setup again?
• Did you try to upgrade through Windows Update?

First, I would suggest you to try updating through Windows Update and check if you are able to upgrade to Windows 10. If you are unable to upgrade through Windows Update, then I would suggest you to download the Windows 10 ISO again and save it locally
on the desktop and then try to run the upgrade.
