Windows 10: Unable to run programs full screen from my laptop on a second moniter

I've had some issues lately where I try to use my second monitor connected to my laptop, and first of it wont extend the display. Secondly it will refuse to run programs full screen on the second monitor, and will put it up on the built in display.

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd

 

How to disable a laptop screen?

Closing it got rid of the laptop's display from being shown in the "Screen Resolution" list, so now it's just the two externals...but it still is saying Unable to Save Display Settings.

 

Moniter power up but fails to show anything.

Asus Moniter. Asus PBZ 77V Pro motherboard on board graphics.

I've removed the graphics card (EVGA GeForce GTX 1050) and the machine is now in it's original working state. Everything powers up but the moniter still goes black after the intial blue screen no signal message. Any further suggestions please?

With the PC running and no moniter I assume that a network dongle plugged into a USB socket should flash indicating a connection, yes? The USB socket powers up a USB drive but the dongle does not flash and the PC does not come up on the network. Does this indicate that the unit is not booting up?
