Windows 10: Unable to run Windows on Parallels and unable to request a refund on order history.

This is a problem I have spent hours on. I run Parallels on my Macbook Air and previously had windows 10 running. at a recent Parallels upgrade Windows 10 was no longer supported so I ran an update for Windows 11 Pro assuming the license would roll over. I was wrong. Eventually I decided to buy a license key for Windows 11 Home but despite trying to regrade the Pro Installation to Home Repair file and Installation assistant I failed and the license key for Home will not activate the Pro installation. Now I've bought a license doe Windows 11 and I am waiting for that to arrive which hopefully

You can request a refund for the digital game purchase. Refunds for digital games are typically issued for requests made within 14 days of the purchase date, provided you haven't accumulated a significant amount of playtime in the game.

To request a refund:

1. Visit the Xbox Order History page:
   
   • Go to the Order History page in your Microsoft account.
     
2. Find the relevant item:
   
   • Locate the purchase of Minecraft Dungeons Ultimate in your order history.
     
3. Request a refund:
   
   • Select the item and choose the option "Request a refund".
     
   • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your refund request.

I have followed the steps in order to get a refund for a digital game that i have recently downloaded yet when I enter my order history there is no option or button to request a refund. I have read over the terms and requirements in order to be eligible
for a refund (in which I am). Somebody please help.

 

Need refund - Purchase not showing in order history

I purchased a Windows 11 license key on 6/11/2024, but it is the wrong product for my device. I received a receipt via email and my credit card was charged, but the purchase is not showing up in my order history. How can I see if I'm eligible for a refund and request one? Please help!
