Windows 10: unable to runas diferrent user with Microsoft Teams or Teamviewer, unable to click or...

This bug started last week only on Windows 10 20H2.

The tech in our organisation would help install different programs on our client pc who don't have admin rights.

The behavior is the same in Microsoft Teams and Team viewer, users gives control to the tech, he right click let's say on CMD, run as different user, enter his credentials, the program opens, but he can't select or type or close the window, the window remains open and user in front of pc has full access, this is a big problem !!!

Microsoft Teams Audio faint for multiple users

We've had a number of users who recently received new devices complain of faint microphone output.

Devices affected

• 3 x New Surface Pro 7
• 2 x New Surface Pro Book 3

I'll add steps we've taken to test the device at the bottom.

So far, we believe it may be user-specific as we have been unable to replicate the issue using a local admin account.

These devices were provisioned ~1 week ago. Users raised the issue shortly after they were delivered.

There is nothing physically wrong with the devices. No bangs, scuffs, cracks, screen protectors, etc.

Steps taken so far:

On end-user profile

• Current call is done via Teams and mic audio is definitely quite low
• Checked Mic settings and are already all at max
• No Booster available for Mic
• No additional settings in Teams to enhance mic audio
• Ran Windows Updates and no updates found
• Checked Device Manager and is up to date there as well
• Computer was just rebooted not too long ago too

• Checked Recording sound options
  
• Reset sound options to default
• Troubleshoot Realtek microphone - didnt pick up anything
• uninstalled microphone realtek audio drivers
• restarted computer - tested on Teams - still very faint

On Local Admin profile

• Tested mic via camera app and teams call - Could not replicate the issue.

Unable to find photographs in OneDrive

I understand that you are unable to see the Photographs that are uploaded in OneDrive. I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and check if you are able to find the files:

1. Login to
   https://onedirve.live.com with your Microsoft account.
   
2. Check for the folders or files that are uploaded.
   

If you are unable to find the photographs, I suggest you to get in touch with the OneDrive support team.

Sign in to OneDrive.com from any browser, click the ‘?’ help icon on the top banner of the page and select
Email OneDrive support. Submit your question and follow the prompts to request support.

Unable to find "runas" and other commands!

Oh, sorry, I misunderstood you. Command prompt from recovery environment does not support several users so there cannot be runas. PowerShell in not supported in this environment too.

You need to restore normal boot or reinstall Windows first.

Please run diskpart program and show the result of list disk command.
