  1. Unable To Save Files and Apps in Windows Repair Installation

I cannot keep my files and apps when doing a repair installation, it only gives me the option to keep nothing, the other two keep files, and keep files and apps are locked. In I cannot keep my files and apps when doing a repair installation, it only gives me the option to keep nothing, the other two keep files, and keep files and apps are locked. In the bottom of the screen it says "Your files, apps, and settings can't be kept because your current version of Windows might be installed in an unsupported directory or you're trying to install an older version of Windows."bottom of the screen it says "Your files, apps, and settings can't be kept because your current version of Windows might be installed in an unsupported directory or you're trying to install an older version of Windows." I had also gotten some of the Insider updates, so that might be the issue. If it is, is there a way to roll back these updates and do the repair from an older version?

    :)
