    Unable to save .NFO file with System Information


    Hello.I have recently encountered an issue with ilok license manager and Avid Media Composer and have needed to send their support team a .NFO file from System Information. When I go to save this .NFO file it gets about 75% of the way there and then ends. Upon clicking on System Information it says not responding and I have to close the program. I run the program as administrator and it's still the same issue. It does save the .NFO but it cannot be opened as the file is corrupted. I have recently upgraded my PC to the Ryzen 9 9900x. Would this have anything to do with this issue?If anyone has

    unable to save a nfo file

    I cannot save a nfo file

    I enter msinfo32

    I will get my system information come up,

    I then do "save as" it will go through the process, "program not responding" will then come up.

    a file is saved to the desktop, when I open it warns that its either corrupt or not suitable

    how do I fix this?

    I am in windows 10 pro [1903]

    I can export the file as a txt file is there a way to convert to nfo

    i have re saved as nfo but still comes back as corrupt

    is there a txt to nfo converter prog?
