Windows 10: Unable to save Presentation or Pdf after editing on Network Drive - Microsoft windows 10

Dear Team,Good day, I work in IT Support, recently few users are facing issue, while saving Microsoft presentation or Microsoft Excel to Network Drive we have shared drive over network.Attached image for reference.I notice, if user leave the Office application open and work on something else, then this issue is faced.else when they do not save file and keep working on it.One user also complains that sometimes it asks to do SAVE AS - not directly save for office application...............Using windows 10 enterprise, 22H2 latest one.Office application - 64bit Laptop hp 640 68

Unable to save pdf in Microsoft Edge

I would suggest you try the following steps and see if it helps.

1. Open the pdf file and let it get displayed completely.

2. Right-click on the displayed pdf file and select Save as.

3. A browse window will open, you can save file to your desired location.

microsoft print to pdf files will not open after saving

We suggest that you save the PDF files on your device and check if the issue persists. You may also want to associate the PDF files to Microsoft Edge as the default program to make sure that you have a default application that will open all of your PDF files.
Here are the steps:

• Search for Default Programs.
• Go to Associate a file type or protocol with a program.
• Select the .pdf file type and then click the Change program button on the upper right of the
  Set Associations window.
• Choose Microsoft Edge and then click OK.

cannot save from Adobe PDF converter to mapped network drive

2 recurring problems with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC:

• Adobe PDF icon disappears from Devices and Printers. Workaround > reinstall Adobe PDF converter manually; but this doesn't always work.
• Adobe PDF converter sometimes stops fails to save PDF to folder on mapped network drive.

Windows 7 pro with SP1, 64bit. Acrobat Pro DC. Servers are W2008R2 or later.

• Adobe support tells me to give "everyone" full control to the Adobe "Program Files*" and "Program Data" folders. That sounds like a bad idea, but I let them try it anyway in a remote support session. It did not help.
