    Unable to scan with Canon MX300 after Windows Upgrade.


    I can print with the Canon MX300 but no longer scan since the conversion to Windows 10. I have attempted updating the driver. Windows reports the most up to date driver is already installed on my computer. I have gone through the troubleshooting process etc etc etc. Please help.

    Canon MX300 won't scan

    Using Windows 10 windows fax and scan doesn't recognise my Canon MX300 Scanner.

    I can print ok, but when I try to scan a warning pops up saying no scanners are detected.

    I've tried the Canon website to download drivers but it says "There is no driver for the OS Version you selected. The driver may be included in your OS or you may not need a driver."

    Can someone help please?

    Canon hasn't updated the driver.
