    Unable to see or download the sessions of the chatbot that is undergoing testing.


    Hi folksNeed some help here. All the while, I am able to download the sessions or rather the chat transcript of the Chatbot this is currently under testing on the Demo Website. For the past 1 week, this option is always empty and I cant see the sessions at all. May I humbly ask for some help to resolve this issue?I tried to insert an image but unable to. In general, the message shows "No sessions to download yet"

    Undergoing high CPU usage.: Hi, So two weeks ago I had an issue related to High CPU and RAM usage. I was able to fix High Memory usage or memory leak but unfortunately CPU is still spiking up.
