Windows 10: Unable to see Wifi 6E though the card is recognized by windows 11

I have an hp pavilion x360 with 11th Gen i5 processor / 32GB RAM/1TB NVME. I got the ax210 wifi card and replaced it with ease. Windows recognizes it, all drivers are installed, and in the card configuration, it even allows me to setup the preferred band as 6 Ghz. However, my 6 Ghz network on my Asus AXE11000 doesn't show up the available networks. I've tried all combinations, including reinstalling clean windows 11, installing win 10 and then upgrading to 11, nothing works - the 6 Ghz SSID just doesn't show up in available list of networks. I've checked and bios is upto date as well.I know th

WPA3 not working on 6GH band with WiFi 6E in Windows 11

Windows 11 and Windows 10 21H2 were supposed to add Hash2Element support which would allow WPA3 to be used on the 6GHz band with WiFi 6E. I have 4 PCs, all running Windows 11(patched current as of 11/10), and all 4 using Intel AX210 wireless adapters with the 22.80.1.1 drivers, their most recent. Intel says that H2E support was included as of the 22.50 driver series. They connect to a Netgear Nighthawk RAXE500 WiFi 6E router(firmware up to date as of last week). All four devices have no trouble connecting on the 6GHz band when the Security is set to "Enhanced Open", but when I set it to "WPA3" none of the PCs can keep the connection for more than a couple of minutes. Not only does the connection drop, but when I try to reconnect, Windows makes me enter the password again, as if it was connecting for the first time. The connection DOES work for that 2-ish minutes, it just can't maintain it.

Between Intel, Netgear, and Microsoft, I don't know where the fault actually lies. And I am well aware that all three companies will likely try to point the finger at one of the others. But it's incredibly frustrating, and I want to get to the bottom of this.

 

WiFi 6 or 6E (preferred) m.2 2230 for laptop compatible with windows 7

is there any brand or model of WiFi 6E (if non available then WiFi 6) that has driver or compatibility for windows 7 and intel i7 CPU 11th gen even if it won't be the same fast or limited speed if it was used on windows 10 or 11? i have a hobby of trying to install old or interesting OS's with dual boot!

i will be ignoring people asking or responding about why i still want to use windows 7 in 2022!

You posted that you would try the suggested steps by Tryx3. May we have an update if the suggested steps have resolved the issue about your SD card being recognized as a fixed drive in Windows 10?
