Windows 10: Unable to send a request.

Any time I try to send a request for more time. It says something went wrong. We were unable to send your request. Are you connected to the internet? For your information I am connected to the internet. And every other device in the house is working. Nothing I do seems to work. Resetting my PC doesn't work. Reconnecting doesn't work.

This used to work. It would enable them to send an email and I could remotely give more time. Now child using computer runs out of time so wants more of course, clicks on send request but gets "something went wrong we were unable to send your request.

• Did you download the game from Windows Store or any other source?
• Do you get any error message/error code when the game fails to connect to Facebook?

As you are trying to connect to Facebook to send request and unable to do so, I would suggest you to contact the game support to check if it is a known issue or are there any patches released for Windows 10.

a request for device descriptor request failed

Maybe it's time to step back from the current efforts, and start over. I suggest you read over this excellent tutorial and try all of its steps: [Solved] Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed) for Windows 10 - Driver Easy. The one that may provide you with some easy relief is the one where you uninstall the device whose descriptor is failing, reboot, and see what happens when device enumeration recurs during boot-up. If you're lucky, it will fix itself.
