Windows 10: Unable to set up pin for window 11

Hi i just buy the new laptop and while setting up for pin I can’t set up. It always come message like “weren’t able to set up pin you can try again or skip this step and set up pin later” after I click skip for now then I get back to Microsoft log in page. I don’t know about laptop that much so it’s really stressing me out. Can anyone what should I do

There is a possibility that this is due to . To properly isolate your issue, kindly verify the following:

• Did you encounter any error messages?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done to troubleshoot the problem?
• Which Windows 10 version/build is currently installed on your computer? To check, type
  winver in the search option.

Windows 11 Surface 4 PIN initial set up fail

WIndows 11 Surface 4 PIN unable to set up for first time. Gives error "Something went wrong - We weren't able to set up your PIN. You can try again, or you can skip this step and try again later." I have updated and restarted my laptop. I even did a complete reset and redownloaded windows 11 from the cloud. Still no joy on PIN. I have tried resetting from settings menu and log in screen.

I have tried every suggestion I have found online, but nothing works. When I click to add a pin, nothing happens. This is a new Windows 10 laptop, and from day 1 of set-up, I was unable to set a PIN. I had Windows 10 on another laptop and was able to set
ta PIN with no problem. The more I use Windows 10, the more discouraged I become.
