Windows 10: Unable to Set Up Windows Hello PIN and Wi-Fi Driver Not Working Properly

Hello,I recently reinstalled Windows on my laptop using the original product key that came with the device. Since the reinstallation, I’ve encountered two persistent issues:Unable to Set Up Windows Hello PINWhen I try to set up a PIN under Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options, the process fails or does not proceed.I have already taken ownership of the Ngc folder and confirmed that the necessary registry keys e.g., AllowSignInOptions are correctly configured.I also ran sfc /scannow, which found and repaired some system files, but the issue persists.Wi-Fi Driver

I would suggest you to follow the methods below:

Method 1: Run the Hardware and Device troubleshooter by following the steps below:

• Click on the Start button, and type “Troubleshooting” on the search bar.
• Under Hardware and sound, click on “hardware and devices”.
• A pop-up will appear, click on the “Next” button and your hardware troubleshooting will start.

Method 2: The issue may occur if the drivers for Wi-fi are not installed or updated. I suggest you to install/update the latest version for Wi-fi drivers by following the steps below.

• Press ‘windows key + R’ and type ‘devmgmt.msc’ and press Enter.
• Expand ‘Network adapter’ and right click on Wi-fi driver and select update.

• Could you please provide us more information on, “network adapter is not working properly”?
  
• Are you aware of changes made to the computer recently?
  
• Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? To check type:
  winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit
  Enter.
