Windows 10: Unable to shutdown due to panel keep closing whenever i try to click it.

So basically i tried to shut down my pc but whenever i click on the shutdown button it keep closing down the panel immediately

  Change settings that are currently unavailable to make it enable.
• Uncheck Turn on fast startup (recommended) and then click
  Save changes.

Windows 10 ver. 1511 unable to shutdown

This issue could have occurred due to corrupt system files or power settings.

Let us try the following steps, and check it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to run power troubleshooter which will tell you if there is something wrong with the power settings.

Follow these steps to run power troubleshooter.

• Press Windows key + X key and Select Control Panel
• Select Troubleshooting.
• 
  Select View All on the top left corner.
  
• 
  Run Power troubleshooter.
  

Step 2: Let us run System Maintenance troubleshooter which helps to find and clean up unused files, shortcuts, and perform maintenance tasks.

Follow the below steps:

1. Press Windows and X key together and select
Control Panel.

2. Click on Troubleshooting.

3. Click on View all option on the left side of the Windows.

4. Click on System Maintenance option.

5. Click on Next and follow the onscreen instructions.

Step 3: Change what the power buttons do.

• Press Windows + X keys.
• Click on Control panel.
• Type Power Options in the Control panel search box.
• Click on Change what the power buttons do.
• Select Shut down from the drop down list for When I press the Power button.
• Click Save changes.

How do I Close Skype For Business on Windows 10?
