Windows 10: Unable to sign in email account via Windows Store interface Solved !

Hello, I was trying to get apps update to Win 10 platform from Windows Store and found out it just wouldn't let me sign in. If you can't log in Windows Store, you can't get download/update with it. While not sure why this was happening, I have email already bound to Windows 10 operation system and license are clean. Switching to my account page in windows setting, the email account was there but clicking it seems no response. I removed it to see if it 's stuck or corrupted since i don't use it often. It just wouldn't sign me into it after email name and both account and windows password. When

There's a possibility that you are currently signed in on your computer using your local account. For us to sort this out, we suggest that you sign in with your Microsoft account instead. Follow these steps:

• Open Settings > Accounts > Your email and accounts.
• Select Sign in with a Microsoft account instead.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.

Once signed in with your Microsoft account on your computer, try signing into the Windows Store app.

when i go to the store it asks me for a password to an email account i am not familiar with...how do i stop this?

Regarding your Windows Store concern, we suggest that you sign out the account and sign in again with your credentials. In the event that you are unable to sign in out, reset the Windows Store by following the steps listed below:

• Press Windows Key + R to open Run.
• Type wsreset.exe and click OK.
• It will show a command prompt window which is blank, but it is clearing the cache. Just wait for the Store to close and open automatically.

If you've already signed out from your account but still the information appears on the suggested credentials when signing in to
Microsoft Store, this may indicate that your account is still added under the
Account settings. To remove the account completely, follow the steps below:

• Click the Windows icon.
• Select Settings.
• Select Accounts.
• Select Email & app accounts.
• Under Email. calendar and contacts, select the account that you wish to remove.
• Select Remove.
• Click Yes if prompted.
• Repeat steps to remove the account under Accounts used by other apps.

Once you're done, check if the issue persists.
