Windows 10: Unable to sign in some microsoft apps , it pops me this 0x80190f4

Hello, i would like some help from the microsoft team , i can not sign in into any of my accounts or even make a new one . One of this apps are Xbox , xbox console companion , my emails , windows store ... I would be very happy if you could help me i already wsreset , reset those apps...

Unable to sign in into Microsoft Jigsaw

Hi,

According to my assumptions, this can be logged in via Xbox only because to save a game progress as well as to play others also we need to log in via Xbox. Also, Xbox is only that can play JIGSAW. Please feel free to reply any suggestions.

There's a possibility that you are currently signed in on your computer using your local account. For us to sort this out, we suggest that you sign in with your Microsoft account instead. Follow these steps:

• Open Settings > Accounts > Your email and accounts.
• Select Sign in with a Microsoft account instead.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.

Once signed in with your Microsoft account on your computer, try signing into the Windows Store app.

Update us with the result.

windows 10 the app store keep popping up an old email address that I don't use anymore and haven't used on this computer and it does not give me an option to select the new email

  Which Microsoft account are you sign the old mail or new email account?

  Are you getting the old email address pop up with the same email account which you are log-in to the system?
  

I would suggest you to try the methods below and check if it help.

Method 1: Signing out from store

If you have sign in to store your email will pop like you said.

Follow the steps on how to sign out and sign out from store.

  Open Store, click on the pop account profile.
  
• 
  Sign out from the store.
  

Sign in to store

  Open store, go to profile account on the top.
  
• 
  Click on add option+.
  
• 
  Sign in your new email account.
  

Method 2: Run the Windows Store App troubleshooter

• Type troubleshooter in the
  search box on the task bar and then press Enter.
• Select Troubleshooting from the list.
  
• Click on view all in the left pan and select
  Windows Store Apps.
• Click next and follow the on-screen instructions.
