Windows 10: unable to sign in to my microsoft account. message: AADSTS50196 appears

When I try to sign in or while reading any Microsoft pages the page disappears and this message pops up:

"Microsoft> sign in> Sorry, but we're having trouble signing you in.

AADST50196: The server terminated an operation because it encountered a client request loop. Please contact your app vendor". This message is followed by a box that reports "Troubleshooting details: contact your administer or send this info to them. copy info to a clipboard.

This is followed by a list: Request Id> Correlation ID> Timestamp> The above AADSTS50196 message> Advanced diagnostics.


I do not understand any of this. Have had the Microsoft for years. I am the only administrator. I am the sole user.


I am also constantly receiving this: Security Alert: You are trying to open an account that is not secure.


That message appears on any app I attempt to open. All of this, and more, have begun appearing since the last Windows and Edge updates of 07/7-12, 2020. I will greatly appreciate any advice or suggestion to help me get out of this mess, PLEASE!

2. What happens when you try to sign in to your account?
3. Are you seeing any error messages when you try to sign in to your PC?

If you are referring to the Microsoft account and if your Microsoft account has been compromised, it means that someone might be using your account to access your personal info or send spam. I suggest use the following guide to
get back into your account, review your personal info and settings, and help prevent this from happening again. Refer the article on

How to access a compromised Microsoft account and try to reset your password. If the issue still persists you can follow the remaining steps mentioned in the article and check if that helps.

Cannot sign in microsoft account.

My device: Lumia 520. GDR2.
I cannot sign in my Microsoft account on my device. It didnt say any error but Microsoft account is not listed in Email and account list. When I click add button, it will show microsoft account option but after press sign in, it is still not shown in email
and account. Another problem is i cannot delete facebook account. Error code: 0x83cf1202. I have tried as suggested here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2475837/en-us#step0x83cf1202 but as my Microsoft account is not shown, I cannot do step 6.

Any suggestion?
