Windows 10: Unable to Sign-in to one of my accounts and unable to find how to change phone number on...

Please have someone call me, 616 450-5080 . I am lost and no nothing much about computers and how my two MS accounts were set up.Not happy that I cannot call and speak with someone like I used to do, Why is MS making it so difficult to get technical service or anything else.First, when trying to sign into one of my two accounts it states account does not exist, yet it shows under my name the dropdown shows that account is active.Second, need to have my land line phone number changed to my mobile number for accessing the code for two step authentication. 1. Which accounts are you unable to sign in to?
2. What happens when you try to sign in to your account?
3. Are you seeing any error messages when you try to sign in to your PC?

If you are referring to the Microsoft account and if your Microsoft account has been compromised, it means that someone might be using your account to access your personal info or send spam. I suggest use the following guide to
get back into your account, review your personal info and settings, and help prevent this from happening again. Refer the article on

How to access a compromised Microsoft account and try to reset your password. If the issue still persists you can follow the remaining steps mentioned in the article and check if that helps.

Unable to sign in to Outlook.com on one account (server not found)

Hi Kari!

I searched the one error you showed in one of your snips the; X-OWA-Error: Microsoft.Exchange.Data.Directory.ADDriverstoreAccessNonlocalException . and came up with this, Unable to access Outlook.. Something went wrong :-(
Your problem could stem from a bad win10 update, and I am assuming that the machine that your having this problem is current.

It has a couple of suggestion you could try. You have said that you couldn't sign-in to that specific account that isn't working, but Maria ThePanda's answer calls for signing-in through one of your other working accounts to create the alias and then try to sign-in to the non-working account using the alias.

The other is BMense67 reply at the bottom of the page, you may already have an alias that is blocking your log-in.

Whatever this win10 update is, it seems like its messing with the synchronicity across outlook and O365 accounts. I would check all of your devices; Desktops, phones, laptop, bluetooth.

 

Unable to change sign in preferences

Hello, I believe someone else has access to my account. When I try to change account sign in preferences I am sent to Sign in to your Microsoft account . When I get there, my email is listed as the primary alias, but the letters are lighter and I am unable to change it in any way.
