Windows 10: Unable to sign in to profile

I cant sign in to my profile it freezes after putting password. I cant even enter it. I need to force shutdown the computer then try it again. I tried to unplug the connection and check if I can sign in but it freezes back.

For better understanding, the reason why you are unable to sign in to your profile is due to file corruption. Since you have mentioned that the issue occurred after an update, we recommend that you follow the troubleshooting steps below:

Enable the built-in Admin account.

• Right-click on Windows menu icon and click on Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type this command: net user Administrator /active:yes
• Restart your PC and log in to the Administrator account.
  

Option 1: Use the Check Disk tool.

• Once you are logged in, go to File Explorer and click This PC.
• Right-click the drive where Windows is installed.
• Click Properties and go to Tools tab.
• Under Error checking, click Check button.
• In case you get a prompt that it cannot scan the drive while in use, go to
  Schedule disk check and restart your PC.
  
• After restarting, don't press any key and wait for the scan to finish.

Option 2: If the above steps did not work, we suggest running
System File Checker to fix corrupted system files.

Once you are done troubleshooting, we recommend that you disable the hidden Admin account again by typing this command in the Command Prompt:
net user Administrator /active:no and restart your PC.

The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded.

Hello,

When attempting to login to my computer, I get the following message:

"The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in.

User profile cannot be loaded."

I referred to this Help article,You receive a "The User Profile Service failed the logon” error
message,

but the only difference is I only have one user profile on this computer. So, I can't login with another user to go through the steps listed in this post.

Any suggestions?
