Windows 10: Unable to sign in to Xbox App

Hi all


So I'm trying to sign in to the Xbox App on Windows 10, but I am unable to do so. When I click "Sign In", a grey box appears which I'm assuming should be the sign-in box, which then disappears after a minute or so if the box shows at all. I first noticed this when playing Halo MCC, as it seems I am unable to play the game without signing in and I don't get automatically signed in through it. I have tried doing this multiple times, both on the Xbox app and through Halo MCC, but it just doesn't work.


I should add that this isn't a problem on the Microsoft Store app, it seems to be localized entirely to the Xbox app and games started up through that. I haven't had this issue with the Xbox app previously, as it was working just fine until last night.

• Select System, and then select
  Apps & features.
• Find the game, and then click on Advanced options.
• Click Reset.
