Windows 10: Unable to sign into e mails as I get the error message that the password is not correct. Help

I am unable to access my emails with Windows 11; I had Windows 10 on my old computer. I has been suggested that the problem is with the Windows 11 or the fact that the passwords did not cross between the two program. I have been trying since early Monday trying to rectify this problem. I sure hope you can help? I do not have access to my emails so sending me anything sent there is not a good thing.

Information Provided Error Message Appearing in E-mail Setup When Information is Correct

I just recently purchased my Nokia E63 and I am unable to set my work e-mail up. The first screen is simple, I enter the e-mail address. Then I enter my password; however I keep getting the "Unable to connect with the information provided. Please try
again" error message. I know that the information I have given is correct. The phone is not prompting me for my company's Exchange Server Address. What should I do?

 

Unable to Sign in Despite Using the Correct Password

Hello,

I have used the On-Screen keyboard.

It talks about recovering the account using a recovery link which I have done but after doing that it still doesn't work.

There isnt another sign in option, I have tried unplugging my internet to see if it will allow me sign in via the local user profile but it asked me for the last password I used which guess what? Doesnt work!

I have not enabled 2-step verification.
