Windows 10: Unable to sign into Microsoft store with Windows Hello PIN

I am trying to login to Microsoft Store on my Victus Laptop using my husband’s Microsoft account so that I can use his Game Pass subscription.I receive “The PIN is incorrect. Try again” my husband has just reset his PIN and can login to the Laptop successfully with the PIN just set up.This is really frustrating, I’d rather turn off Windows Hello altogether but when I check sign-in options in Start > Accounts I am not able to remove any r disable this sign in method
