Windows 10: Unable to sign into OndeDrive App

Hi,I am unable to login to Onedrive using the Onedrive app. When I try to sign in, it says, login error, code: 0x8004de40I am able to sign in to onedrive using my browser, ie, onedrive.comError occurs when I use my Ethernet. If I change the network to wifi, I am able to sign into Onedrive app.What could be the reason? How to fix it? Has Microsoft blacklisted my Ethernet ip?Thanks

There's a possibility that you are currently signed in on your computer using your local account. For us to sort this out, we suggest that you sign in with your Microsoft account instead. Follow these steps:

• Open Settings > Accounts > Your email and accounts.
• Select Sign in with a Microsoft account instead.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.

Once signed in with your Microsoft account on your computer, try signing into the Windows Store app.

Can't sign in to xbox app on windows 10 laptop

Hi,

A corrupted file is one of the possible reasons as to why you can't sign in to the Xbox app on Windows 10. Changing some the network settings can help to resolve the issue. To change your network settings, kindly follow the steps below:

• Press the Windows key on your keyboard, and then type
  Internet Options in the search box.
• Click the Connections tab, and then click on the
  LAN settings button.
• Uncheck Use a proxy server for your LAN, and then check
  Automatically detect settings.
• Click OK, and then click OK
  again to save the settings.
• Launch Xbox app and sign in again.
