Windows 10: Unable to sign into Windows 10

So I have no clue what I did for this to even occur, but I got back home and tried logging into Windows 10, and noticed 2 new things. 1. There was another profile on my computer named “New User” and 2. When I tried signing into my profile on the PC, the “sign in” text was small and there was no text box to enter my password. I clicked the words “sign in” and it would load for a while, or say “please wait a moment” and then a grey box would pop up, like an application even though I’m not signed in saying “Microsoft account” in the top where an application’s name would be.
