Windows 10: Unable to start a DCOM Server Issue

Currently running into an issue. Could be cortana related. Error is happening every 1-2 mins. Tried basically everything, still no luck! If you know a solution, would really appreciate it! Here's the error:Unable to start a DCOM Server: Microsoft.AAD.BrokerPlugin_1000.19041.1023.0_neutral_neutral_cw5n1h2txyewy!Windows.Security.Authentication.Web.Core.BackgroundGetTokenTask.ClassId.WebAccountProvider as Unavailable/Unavailable. Unable to start a DCOM Server

Windows jump lists and Cortana WinKey+C command are not working. The jump list issue is also documented in the Broken jump lists on Windows 10.

Searching through the Event Viewer, I found two errors.

For Jump lists (Event ID 10000):

For Cortana (Event ID 10001):

Manually running the commands fixes the issue until the next reboot. However, even when using a scheduled task, the commands cannot be run and fail with, presumably, the same error.

Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this?

The only thing, of many that I've tried, that works (temporarily) is to do a Repair install of Windows or to update to a new version (I am currently running 1903). This works for a few days, and then gets broken again. I suspect that deploying a Microsoft Store app from Visual Studio is what breaks it, but I am not entirely sure.

From what I've read elsewhere, this might be some kind of a permissions problem.

I also get a warning on Event ID 10016:

I tried using the Component Services tool, but could not find anything with the given ID.

 

Unable to start a DCOM Server Error

So my computer has been restarting randomly recently and I keep getting this error message in event viewer:

Unable to start a DCOM Server: {3C296D07-90AE-4FAC-86F9-65EAA8B82D22}. The error:
"2147942625"
Happened while starting this command:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\SppExtComObj.exe -Embedding

How should I go about fixing this?

I've already tried to fix the SppExtComObj in cmd with sfc /scannow but there doesn't seem to be anything wrong.

 

Start Menu/Search/Action Center not working. Unable to load DCOM Servr

Hello guys!
I got an issue that I used a registry cleaner then the News store app stopped working so I used the get-appx Powershell command to try to fix it then start menu (ShellExperienceHost & Cortana) stopped working.

What I tried so far

• In-place upgrade didn't work
• sfc /scannow didn't find any corruption
• DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth No corruption detected
• DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth Command runned but didn't fix anything
• Uninstalled Anti-Virus
• Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”} Didn't work

Now I got these errors in Event Viewer for the apps:

The error:"2147958031"Happened while starting this command:"C:\Windows\SystemApps\Microsoft.Windows.StartMenuExperienceHost_cw5n1h2txyewy\StartMenuExpe rienceHost.exe" -ServerName:App.AppXywbrabmsek0gm3tkwpr5kwzbs55tkqay.mca (Event ID: 10001)

Please tell me of any possible solutions other than clean install because I want clean install to be my last resort as I have a lot of apps/programs installed in the system!
