Unable to start a DCOM Server ERROR

I encountered followed error:

Unable to start a DCOM Server: Microsoft.Wallet_2.4.18324.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe!App.AppXgvxkrr1tm1jwgecmqbxe81yfbwpjdn1h.mca as Unavailable/Unavailable. The error:

"2147958106"

Happened while starting this command:

"C:\WINDOWS\system32\backgroundTaskHost.exe" -ServerName:App.AppXggkaqzf6p31g37n0m8phzeswb0rt9m7e.mca.

How should I resolve this error?

I am using a Win10 Pro, Build 19044.

I have hundred of this error when I start my computer:

Unable to start a DCOM Server: MicrosoftWindows.Client.CBS_1000.22000.258.0_x64__cw5n1h2txyewy!InputApp as Unavailable/Unavailable. The error:

"2147958023"

Happened while starting this command:

"C:\Windows\SystemApps\MicrosoftWindows.Client.CBS_cw5n1h2txyewy\TextInputHost.exe" -ServerName:InputApp.AppXjd5de1g66v206tj52m9d0dtpppx4cgpn.mca

Can someone help telling me what happen and how to fix this?

Windows Weather App automatically crash [DCOM Error 10001]

Good evening!

I am trying to fix the issue after using Blackbird privacy tool; however a blackbird restore point and in-place upgrade doesn't fix it.

Error is

Unable to start a DCOM Server: Microsoft.BingWeather_4.36.20714.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe!App as Unavailable/Unavailable. The error:
"2147942402"
Happened while starting this command:
"C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.BingWeather_4.36.20714.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\Microsoft.Msn.Weather.exe" -ServerName:App.AppX2m6wj6jceb8yq7ppx1b3drf7yy51ha6f.mca
