Windows 10: Unable to start Flight Sim 2020

I bought the boxed version of Premium Deluxe FS 2020 and after installing all 10 DVDs I've been asked to enter the 25 digit code to activate the Premium Deluxe version, so far so good, after that the game isn't launching, I tried to unistall and re install the game, I thought that something went wrong during the installation process despite that there wasn't any error message, after the second installation I get the same problem, nothing starts and I have lost the access to the Premium code, it says that it has already been used and when I look to my account it shows me the standard version!!

What can I do , any suggestions ??

Flight sim 2020

I get to a certain point and no further once I have downloaded the sim. For some reason, it doesn't appear I'm getting the entire program. I get the airplane and message to hit any key to continue. When I get a key the screen goes black and the wording stays
and the music continues to play but nothing more. I have uninstalled it three times.

Suggestions?

Flight sim 2020

Hi all. I'm new to this community. I am looking at buying the 2020 flight sim but wondering a few things :

I have a laptop, can I download to use the Flight sim?

I also have a smart TV LG OLED, can I play the program through the TV? The OLED picture quality is stunning, I think to marry the Flight Sim with it would be perfect. If not possible could I cast from the laptop?

Either way, what would the resolution be? The tv is capable of 4k.

Anybody any ideas?

MS Flight Sim 2020. How to download

Hi Thanks for the reply.

I don't have the flight sim in my list of apps as I haven't been able to download it.

In my account in Microsoft store, my order history shows my order, and the fact that I paid £109.99. for the premier deluxe version of MS Flight Sim 2020.

I appreciate that it cannot be used until the 18th, but MS state that it can be downloaded (150GB) now, in readiness.
