    Unable to start tasks after computer has "gone to sleep".


    The computer screen was black when I got started this morning, which is normal, as it is set to turn off the monitor and put the PC to sleep after 30 minutes of no activity. This morning was different. I loaded a CD and started Media Player. It started but no sound, so I went to the toolbar to adjust the volume. It wouldn't open the speaker tool. In fact I couldn't open anything from the taskbar. Including the Windows Start key, the one with the Windows logo.The Power & Sleep is set to go to sleep after 30 minutes I thought it was 60 minutes as mentioned above. What is the benefit from
