Windows 10: Unable to start Window settings

Hi my ASUS laptop having this issue enable to start settings.Find here and there online trying to fix the issue but wasnt very sure where is the correct ways.I've tried to find this in PowerShell listed such details but wasn't sure this help to check any issue from my laptop.PS C:\WINDOWS\system32> Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore -AllUsers >> >> Name : Microsoft.WindowsStore Publisher : CN=Microsoft Corporation, O=Microsoft Corporation, L=Redmond, S=Washington, C=US Architecture : X64 ResourceId : Version

Start Menu List - Settings

You need to go one step further...

Settings >Personalization > Start, then click as shown by the RED square...

• Which is the build installed in your computer?
• Have you installed all pending Windows updates?
• Are you facing this issue in Microsoft Account or Local Account?

I suggest you to install all pending Windows updates and check if that helps.
Updates are additions to software that can help prevent or fix problems, improve how your computer works, or enhance your computing experience.

I would suggest you to check and install any latest Windows Updates available.

1.
Go to Start and then
Settings.

2.
Click on Update and Recovery.

3.
Check for updates under
Windows Updates.

4.
Restart the system and check if the issue is resolved.

Refer the steps to know the latest build in your computer.

• Click on Start button and select Settings.
• Click on System and select About.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
