Windows 10: Unable to Start Windows Store

I am completely unable to access the Microsoft Store on Windows 10 version 22H2 OS build 19045.2251. When I attempt to open, I receive an error message stating:Try that again. Page could not be loaded. Please try again later. When clicking "Refresh the page," I receive the same error. The error code displayed is 0x80131500 screenshot available here.So far I have tried the following steps: Ran "sfc /scannow" in the command line prompt nothing detectedRan "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth" in the command prompt completes successfully but does not resolveWent to "Apps and Feat

To resolve this issue, we suggest that you run the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter.
To run it, follow the steps below:

• Click Start.
• On the search bar, type Troubleshooting, and click on
  Troubleshooting from the results.
• On the left pane, click View all.
• Click Windows Store Apps.

If the issue persists, let's clear the files related to the Windows Store. Follow the steps below:

• Click Start.
• On the search bar, type Services, and click on Services
  from the results.
• The list of services will appear. Look for Windows Update on the list, right-click on it, and click
  Stop.
• Open File Explorer.
  
• Navigate to C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution and delete all of its contents. To quickly go to this folder, you can paste the path on the address bar.
• Go back to the Services window, and start the Windows Update service.
• Open the store again.

• When you say " Microsoft Corporation icon" are you referring to Start menu?
• How exactly are you trying to access Store from Edge or chrome?

If you are referring to Start menu missing on Taskbar then refer the link below and follow the troubleshooting steps suggested.

Unable to download apps from Windows Store

I suggest you to login through administrator Microsoft Account and perform the below steps and check if it helps:

Step 1: Re-register the Store App and check.

• 
  Right click on Start button on the desktop and select
  Command Prompt (Admin).
  
• 
  Here, User Account Control window pops up and click on
  Yes to open Command Prompt with administrator privileges.
  
• 
  Type the below command in the Command Prompt:

  powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml
