Windows 10: Unable to support Quicken R34.24

I currently have Quicken R33.7. I wanted to archive old transactions and delete them from my current view. Quicken support says I can't do that with my current version and my current Windows 10 doesn't support their version R34.24. I'm currently running Version 10.0.19043 Build 19043 of Windows 10 so as far as I'm concerned I have the most up to date O/S. I asked the Quicken support why the newer version wouldn't come down to my system when I check for updates it says I have the most current version they said to contact Microsoft. That's a ridiculous response in my mind but I thought I

Windows 10 Error Code 2503 comes up when uninstalling Quicken. Unable to uninstall quicken. How do I correct this problem?

• How did you try to uninstall Quicken?

Kindly try the steps below and check if this helps.

• Using the Windows search feature, look for Control Panel.
• Click Control Panel Desktop app to open.
• Choose Programs.
• Under Programs and Features, click on Uninstall a Program.
• Find Quicken in the list of programs. They are alphabetically ordered. Highlight it by clicking on it once.
  
• Click on Uninstall at the top of the list and follow through the prompts until the program is removed.
  

If the issue still persists, I suggest you to contact Quicken support regarding this matter for assistance.

Quicken ID not recognized in Quicken 2019 after 1903 update

Can't open Quicken using Microsoft 10

However, please let us know:

• Do you get any error message when you try to open Quicken?
  
• Are you aware of any changes made to the computer prior to this issue?
  
• Which build version of Windows 10 are you using currently? To check type:
  winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit
  Enter.
