    MSRA and display setting

    Hello,

    When I provided support to another user using MSRA tool. Th display setting of the remote computer does not revert back to it's normal setting once I have disconnected from the remote computer.
    I know that MSRA uses the graphic card of the agent to work.

    Anyone?

    we are using trend micro as antivirus and we oped port tcp 135 for msra help desk version with group policy enabled

    still when we request for connection in the target pc windows remote assistance open in baground and it end up with error in the requester pc

    is it any way where we can change the default port of msra
