Windows 10: Unable to troubleshoot activation, says unable to reactivate.

Hi,I recently just changed my motherboard and asked to activate a valid Windows 10. The error code is 0xC004F211. I have tried to "Troubleshoot" -> "I changed hardware on this device recently" but a message "We can't reactivate Windows as our servers aren't available right now. Wait for a few minutes or try adding your Microsoft account again." shows up even though I have waited for hours. Have made multiple attempts already.My Windows Script Host indicate:Name: WindowsR, Core editionDescription: Windows R Operating System, RETAIL channelProduct Key Channel: RetailLicense Status: Notifi

Windows 10 Hardware change. Unable to reactivate windows.

I Just upgraded my computer from a Intel I7 8700k to a Amd Ryzen 9 3900X, I am unable to reactivate my windows, even via the troubleshooter.

I click troubleshoot -> Click "I changed hardware on this device recently" -> The "Reactivate Windows 10" page shows up with my device listed. -> I click the check box and hit activate. -> I get a message saying " Unable to activate Windows. "We can't
reactivate Windows on this device. Try again later."

I switched from a Asus Prime Z390-A motherboard to a Asus X570-E motherboard also.

Any help would be appreciated.

Out of curiosity, what does it say under Activation in Settings?

 

Unable to Activate Win 8

I got Win 8 isntalled on my file server, but I am unable to activate it with the key. Says the key is invalid. Since I work at microsoft I got a retail version from the employee store. I have been doing some reading, and to be able to activate Win8 with the key there needs to be a previous version of Windows installed for it to work. WTF, so you can't do clean installs?

And the box says nothing about Upgrade version. Straight Windows 8 Pro.
