Windows 10: Unable to turn off app suggestions in task bar

Hello,I am seemingly unable to turn off this app suggestion DTS Unbound, from the MS Storehttps://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/811234836802568233/985042867355541534/unknown.pngI have tried going to the Apps and Features settings page, and the option to turn off suggestions was missing.I have also tried the local group policy for:Administrative Templates > Windows Defender smartscreen > Explorer > "Configure App Install Control" set to enabled and "Turn off app recommendations" selected.The ad remains after computer restart.I am using Windows 10 proThanks

Unable to hide Task bar

I suggest you to try the steps provided below and check if it helps.

a. Right click on the Task bar.

b. Click on Properties.

c. Put a check mark next to ‘Auto-hide’ the task bar.

d. Click on Apply and OK.

If the issue persists try the below steps to restart the Windows Explorer and check if that helps.

Step 1: Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc keys to open Task Manager

Step 2: Click on
More details.

Step 3: Under the Processes tab, right-click on Windows Explorer entry and then click Restart.

Cannot modify Task Bar settings

• Uncheck the option " Lock the Taskbar."
