    Unable to type in windows search bar


    Hi all, Recently, I realised I am unable to type in windows search bar and other applications sticky notes, outlook app sign in, windows store search bar after installing the latest windows update 2022-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 for x64-based Systems KB5019157.I have tried several quick fixes as per below to no avail;1 Search and Indexing troubleshooter2 Running CTF LoaderAny assistance would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance.

    Unable to Type in Search the Web and Windows Bar


    Your suggestion unfortunately did not resolve the problem. I still cannot type anything in the "Search the web and Windows" box in the task bar. Additionally Cortana still will not run. When I hit the Windows Key and the S key, I can see Cortana start up from within the Task Manager but it immediately closes (exits).

    I've gone to the action center and have turned location on and rebooted. Still unable to type anything in the search box of the task bar. The start menu works fine.
