Windows 10: Unable to type Shift+Z, can only type capital Z with Caps Lock

I have a very strange issue. I cannot create a capital z without using Caps Lock or Copy-Pasting it into text. Pressing Shift+Z does not work at all, but all other capital letters and special characters work when I press and hold Shift.It's not a hardware issue either--Shift+z fails to make a capital Z whether it's on a USB keyboard, my laptop's primary keyboard, or even on the Windows 10 on-screen keyboard--the latter proved it's a software issue, not a hardware issue. Keyboard troubleshooter and other hardware/software troubleshooters could not detect the problem. The only explanation to the

Cant Type Capital F with Shift Key

On my laptop whenever I try to type a capital f with the shift key it doesn't type anything, I can use caps lock and can do f+shift+WindowsKey and it works, but i cant do shift+f, I have tried reinstalling keyboard drivers and I have another keyboard that
i used to test it and it continued to not work, and I have tried to troubleshoot the problem, thanks in advance if you know how to fix this, sometimes when spamming both shift keys and f I am sometimes able to get a capital f

 

Keys are Acting Weird and Won't type together at the Same Time

I tried all your suggestions above, but none have worked. It's a very weird issue because the keys do work, but I cannot use them together. For example, to make a capital "Z" I need to use caps lock and z or right shift and z because I cannot press left shift and z together to get Z.

As to when the issue happened. I was defragging my hard drive with Defraggler and I went to go run some errands, when I came back to my computer it was asleep, and I woke it up. I then noticed the issue while trying typing and noticed q and weren't working together like other keys would.

 

Lost lowercase Z key

I'm baffled. While typing a memo I found that my lowercase Z key would not function. I switched out my keyboard and the error repeated itself. It also will not function on the onscreen keyboard. I can type the uppercase Z using shift+Z but cap lock will
not allow me to type a Z at all. Has anyone had this problem? I really don't know where to begin to fix it unless I change my default font, which I will have to learn how to do, or find a way to maybe repair the installed default font. Can anybody help me
out with this?
