Windows 10: Unable to unblock my Microsoft account.

I recently got a windows 11 laptop and created a new MS account, after a few days of usage I started facing login problems. The PIN was not being accepted and the fingerprint did not work also. After multiple attempts to sign in the account seems to have been blocked and I cannot seem to recover it using the recovery form as it was a new account and did not have any sort of email to write about in the recovery form. The Laptop is a HP aero 13".Help would be appreciated.Thanks

Trying to switch to Microsoft account from local, unable to...

I tried that, more than once. I go thru the complete procedure of getting a new Microsoft account password, then when I reach the final step to key in the Windows password, I try my NEW Microsoft account password, and I get the same message-invalid password. No luck.

Any other suggestions.
