Windows 10: unable to uncheck read only mode on gta 5 folder.

I wanted to play GTA 5, which came on the Xbox game pass along with mods, on my PC. But I am not able to use the mods because the GTA 5 folder is in read-only mode, and every time I try to uncheck it, it says access denied. I am on my admin account, so it doesn't make sense why I can't change it. BTW the base game works perfectly fine.

• Are you experiencing this issue only with GTA 5 or with any other games on Windows 10?
• Has it ever worked before with Windows 10?
• Have you tried running the GTA 5 in compatibility mode?
• How are you trying to access the game? Is it from Windows Store, Xbox app, or desktop application?

problem in running GTA 5

• issue started just I installed the game successfully and tried to run or play the game through desktop
• yes, I made some changes on my device prior to this issue by deactivating my antivirus and firewall and I also thought may be two dll files isdone.dll and unarc.dll were absent so I have downoloaded them in zip file and then I saved there extractions
  in system32 and syswow64. I also downloaded swiftsshader file and saved it in game folder but I am unable to run the game........
• actually gta 5 was in zip file
• I also used troubleshooter but nothing happen.....
