Windows 10: unable to unlink device from Microsoft store device management

Hello,I have three devices listed. Laptop, Desktop with a name I used previously, and an unknown device. I recently had to reinstall Win11 Home on my desktop and name of one of the devices is that desktop. However, when I reinstalled Windows I used a different name to distinguish the reinstall. That could be the unknown device showing, but it has no name.I can't unlink this device while on the desktop nor the laptop. If I can unlink this 'device' then I would like to either rename the old pc name listed or unlink it and link back with the proper nameNeed help please

No hardware listed in Device manager?

I don't konw whathappend but in Device manager and in my Network connections there is nothing where there used to be a Modem listed and all my hardware in Device Manager. What happend and how do I fix this?

I am sorry to hear about the inconvenience. I suggest clearing also the device list from your Microsoft Account online and see if it helps.

1) Login to account.microsoft.com

2) Click the Devices link from the top menu

3) Remove the devices you wish to unlink by clicking the Remove Device link at the bottom of each listed device.

4) Once you are done, re launch Microsoft store and check if the issue still persist.
