Windows 10: unable to up date to window 11. my CPU is listed in approved list of CPU .IntelR CoreTM...

I have IntelR CoreTM i7-6500U CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.60 GHz processsor, but unable to update to window 11 and it shows that it is not supported for upgrade. it is there in supported list of CPU . please help.

please comment for support and or criticism, either way i will continue this project, i know wikipedia is a big source for everyone to look at for this info, but wikipedia does not have ease of access to copying and pasting all the info at once like these lists do. so enjoy, they are all still in the alpha state ^.^

 

Service Host: Network List Service hogging CPU

I have a Surface Go running Windows 10 (not 10S), and recently (last few weeks) whenever it wakes from Sleep "Network List Service" starts using at least 30% of my CPU. Often my combined CPU use is 100%. This goes on for a minute or more. None of my
other computers have this problem. Suggestions?
